The Registered Dietitians at Ochsner’s Elmwood Fitness Center have teamed up with Chef Dione Duhon of the Fit Gourmet to create Get Fit NOW, a program that provides you with the full-body benefits of your individually-tailored nutrition plan, delivered straight to your door!
Meals are prepared fresh daily with all-natural ingredients, centered on lean proteins and fresh seasonal vegetables, and designed to meet your specific nutritional needs. EFC's registered dietitians determine your calorie requirements based on your weight loss goals, along with the intensity and frequency of your exercise program. Chef Dione measures and weighs every meal and snack according to the plan developed just for you by Elmwood's nutrition staff, so no more worrying if you're getting too much of this or too little of that!

Your individual calorie needs are determined by an Elmwood Fitness Center nutritionist based on age, height, weight, gender, exercise regime and goal weight, provided by the Client Assessment Sheet. Get Fit NOW includes two meals and a daily snack, while breakfast and weekend meals are on your own, with guidance from an Elmwood Fitness Center nutritionist. Get Fit NOW prices are $175 to $225 per week depending on calorie range.

Meet the Chef!
An honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London, England, Chef Dione was the first American ever hired at a Marco Pierre White restaurant, for her stint at The Criterion. She also was Sous Chef in some of the best kitchens in the world, including New Orleans favorites Commander’s Palace, Bella Luna and Mr. B’s Bistro.
